The design of the bed of the hydraulic pump is made in this way. First of all, 18mm Plywood is cut on all four sides, then ply is cut for the center as well, whose size is kept up to 14 inches. The 14 inch 18mm plywood represents the height of the bed. After this, a 10mm wooden border strip is placed on its bottom side. When this work is completed, the inner liminet is placed on the 18mm ply.
When the liminet dries, it is leveled properly. Then a 1 by 1 1/2 strip is placed on the bottom side from the inside.
Now the frame of the bed is prepared and 12mm ply is cut and placed in the lower part. After this, the topmost plywood is made of 18mm for the top and a 2 inch border is turned.To make this bed, the plywood of this side has to be cut. The size is as follows
- 14″ × 75″ Plywood 18mm 2 pes.
- 14″ × 70″ Plywood 18mm 2 pes.
- 14″ × 73 1/2″ Plywood 18mm 1 pes.
- 78″ × 74″ plywood 18mm Top 1 pes.
