51 inch by 10 inch Curved TV Round Unit Design
To make a 51 inch x 10 inch curved TV round unit design, flexible ply is required and this flexible ply is 6 mm thick. To make such a TV unit, first round pieces are cut. After cutting the round pieces, it is rolled for the first time without fevicol and the flexible ply is rolled three times by applying fevicol. As soon as it is rolled for the third time, you will see that its thickness becomes 16 mm from 18 mm.
When the fevicol dries completely, the inner part of the board is carefully removed. Before pasting the PVC sheet, it is pressed from all sides. When it is pressed from all sides, then the fevicol used for pasting PVC sets is applied. Three drivers can be easily made inside and the platform of the upper part is 32 by 54 inches and a gap of 18 mm is made at the back so that all types of electronic wires can be easily inserted inside it. We have rounded the four corners in the picture which are made in a round shape of 3″ x 3″. The advantages of making a round shaped TV unit are that being round on all four sides, it fits easily in less space. If a person is passing by, then there is less chance of him getting hurt and a 50 inch TV can be easily fitted on a 54 inch x 32 inch TV unit platform.
