Latest Door wardrobe furniture design
Clothes, shoes and children’s toys can be easily stored in the wardrobe. Four drawers can be placed in this type of wardrobe in which valuables and documents can be kept, due to which valuables remain doubly safe. The length of the wardrobe is 86 inches, height 82″ and depth 18 inches, but the maximum depth of a normal wardrobe ranges from 24 inches to 19″ 18″ inches, in which 3 inches of hinge cutting is left at the bottom so that the bottom of the door does not touch the legs while opening the door. This wardrobe has four doors, which are all the same and the thickness of the doors is kept between 25mm to 26mm so that 3″ ×3/4″ L hinges can move easily in the doors. The length of the door is 86 inches, out of which 8 inches of space is left for the side door, which opens the doors of the wardrobe from the exit door side. And the 8 inch side door has doors of 30 inches height at the bottom, in which empty space is left and the self is kept. Or are made as per the requirement.
18 mm ply is used to make such a wardrobe and after the wardrobe box is ready, 8 mm ply is used at the back and 8 mm ply is installed below the driver box. 16 inch channels are installed in 19-20 inch deep cupboards whereas 18 inch channels are installed in 22-20 inch deep cupboards and 20 inch driver channels are installed in 24-23 inch deep cupboards. Some things have to be kept in mind while installing the channel. The distance of the driver from the cupboard door should never be more than one inch so that there is no contact between the cupboard handle and the driver of the cupboard.
